I have purchased 3 raincoats in the past for my 13 pound, poodle mix rescue. None of them have been satisfactory. If they were long enough, they were too big around the body. There are a few places in the world where its important to find really good dog raingear. Amsterdam is one of those places. There is a lot of rain. And if you have a short-ish dog like mine, the underbelly becomes a real problem. I love my dog but he is low to the ground and his tummy picks up dirt and mud like crazy. I cannot tell you how many times I've arrived somewhere and suddenly I remember that I forgot to stuff a towel in my bag...
