By using this website or purchasing from BellySwap, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or make a purchase.
Store & Payments
Our store operates on Shopify. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and applicable payment providers.
BellySwap, LLC does not receive or store your complete payment card details. We collect information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and other contact information as necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and operate our business.
We value your privacy and do not sell your personal information.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, product or pricing errors, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill an order.
Please make sure your contact, billing, and shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
If we change or cancel an order after it has been placed, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue the applicable refund.
Pricing, Availability & Errors
Prices, product descriptions, specifications, availability, and other information may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and, where necessary, cancel an affected order.
If we cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, availability, or other product information after payment has been collected, we will notify you and issue a refund for the canceled item or order.
Returns, Exchanges & Defects
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you discover a defect in materials, stitching, or construction, email returns@bellyswap.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and photographs showing the issue. We will review the claim and, where covered by our Limited Warranty, provide a replacement.
Our Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from chewing, pulling, accidents, improper care, misuse, excessive or abnormal wear, or other damage unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Use of the Site
This website is intended for lawful personal and non-commercial use.You agree not to:

The BellySwap® dog raincoat and removable belly wrap design are the subject of a pending U.S. design patent application.
"Patent Pending" indicates that a patent application has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. No patent rights are granted unless and until a patent issues. If a design patent issues, unauthorized making, using, offering for sale, selling, or importing of an article embodying the patented design may constitute patent infringement and may be subject to available legal remedies.
BellySwap®, The Dry Difference®, Modular Dog Rainwear®, and Fast on. Faster off.™ are trademarks used by BellySwap, LLC. These and other BellySwap names, logos, branding, trade dress, and source identifiers are protected under applicable trademark, unfair competition, and other intellectual-property laws.
All original website content, including text, graphics, photography, videos, illustrations, and other creative materials, is protected by applicable copyright law.
No website content, names, marks, photographs, videos, illustrations, or other BellySwap materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from BellySwap, LLC or the applicable rights owner, except as permitted by law.
Appreciation and inspiration are welcome. Replication is not.
User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, or other content directly to BellySwap, LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share that content in connection with BellySwap's website, advertising, marketing materials, social media, and other promotional activities. We may shorten or format reviews for length and display, but we will not change their meaning.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content to us, you represent that you own or control the rights necessary to provide it and that our permitted use of the content will not infringe the rights of another person or entity.

Warranties & Liability

Eligible BellySwap products are covered by the Limited Warranty described in our Shipping & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BellySwap, LLC's total liability for a claim arising directly from the purchase of a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
