Frequently Asked Questions

The Duo belly wrap provides removable, adjustable underbelly protection for quick, clean exits.

For low-to-the-ground dogs, the belly is ground zero for splash, mud, and street grime, from wet sidewalks to soggy trails.

Instead of washing the entire raincoat after a soggy, muddy walk, remove the wrap, rinse it clean, or swap it for a fresh one and head out again.

Either order works. Choose the easier method for you and your dog. To remove, reverse the steps.

The raincoat can be put on or taken off in two simple, quick ways:

Method 1) Slide the raincoat over your dog’s head and down the body. Attach the smaller end of the belly wrap to the chest loop on the raincoat, then fasten the left and right sides of the belly wrap to the matching side loops on the raincoat.

Method 2) Start by attaching the smaller end of the belly wrap to the chest loop on the raincoat. Then slide the raincoat over your dog’s head and down the body, and fasten the left and right sides of the belly wrap to the matching side loops on the raincoat.

It’s adaptive underbody coverage. The Duo belly wrap anchors at the chest loop and wraps under the front torso for chest + underbody protection. It’s unisex and designed to fit male dogs, sitting more forward to avoid interfering with potty breaks.

Start with two key measurements:

1) Back Length — from the base of the neck (collar line) to the base of the tail.

2) Chest / Girth — around the deepest part of the chest (just behind the front legs), wrapping over the spine — the full circumference.

The adjustable hook-and-loop system offers a flexible fit, tailored for comfort and unrestrained movement. Depending on your dog’s breed and build, the fit may range from snug to relaxed.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an easier fit. Refer to the Measurement Guide, or reach out to us for sizing support before ordering.

Yes. The neck opening is cut wide to accommodate a collar and maintain a relaxed fit. A leash hole on the back provides access to a collar or harness. If preferred, a harness can also be worn over the raincoat.

Each Mono raincoat includes one raincoat + two Duo belly wraps (one green and one red).

Not yet. Each Mono includes two Duo wraps (one green, one red). Extra wraps and additional colors are in development.

Mono is water-repellent (not waterproof) and wind-resistant, designed for wet-weather walks and fast, clean exits. The Duo belly wraps are made from the same recycled Dintex fleece-back softshell, so they have the same water-repellent performance. In heavy rain or long exposure, moisture can eventually work through — that’s normal for breathable performance softshell.

Each raincoat is made from recycled Dintex fleece-back softshell — a three-layer technical fabric that turns about 24 plastic bottles per yard into high-performance dog gear. The material blends 94% recycled polyester (Repreve®, a traceable performance fiber) with 6% Spandex for flexibility, breathability, and warmth without bulk.

Finished with a plant-based, PFC-free water-repellent finish and OEKO-TEX® certified components, it’s water-repellent (not waterproof), wind-resistant, and built for movement. The modular design minimizes washing, effort, and impact — efficient by nature, not trend.

Because landfill fashion isn’t our thing.

To maintain quality and performance:

• Machine wash cool
• Hang dry to preserve fabric integrity
• Do not dry clean
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
