EXCHANGES

Fit first: measure your dog’s back length and chest/girth before ordering

The belly wrap adjusts, but back length and chest/girth determine the best fit

Size exchanges: To request a different size, please email us first. Once the original item is received, inspected, and approved, we will ship the replacement. There is no charge for the replacement item. All products returned for a size exchange must be new, unused, re-sellable, and free of cuts, dirt, fur, odor, stains, washing, or any other signs of wear. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us and for shipping the replacement to their address.

Defect exchanges: accepted within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing or material defects. We cover shipping both ways. After 14 days, eligible defects are handled under our warranty.
RETURNS

LIMITED WARRANTY
BellySwap, LLC warrants BellySwap® products purchased from bellyswap.com or an authorized retailer against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials, stitching, and construction occurring under normal use.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, email returns@bellyswap.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and detailed photographs showing the issue. BellySwap will review the claim and, if the defect is covered, provide a replacement of the affected product.
Not covered: damage caused by chewing, pulling, accidents, improper care, misuse, excessive or abnormal wear, or the natural aging or fading of fabric or color.
Final Sale and Closeout items are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
