Shipping & Exchanges

We want every order to fit precisely. If it doesn’t, here’s how exchanges and returns work.

EXCHANGES
Fit first: measure your dog’s back length and girth before ordering. The belly wrap adjusts, but the back length and girth determine the best fit.

If you need a different size, place a new order and follow the return process below for a refund on your original item.

Exchanges for manufacturing or material defects are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in new, re-sellable condition.

Raincoats must be unused — free of dirt, fur, odor, or signs of wear (including washing) — and must have been purchased directly from our website.

Original packaging should be included, even if opened. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A flat $8 return processing fee applies to approved returns.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at returns@bellyswap.com to initiate a return.

2. Our team replies within 2–3 business days with next steps.

3. Pack the item securely, including your order number inside the package. Ship it back using a trackable method for added security to:

We are not liable for lost packages or additional costs resulting from returns with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please ensure your return details are accurate and up to date before sending the package.

4. Once received and inspected, refunds process within 10 business days. Your exchange order will be shipped after the refund is completed. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account, depending on processing times with your payment provider.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Customers cover return shipping unless the item has manufacturing or material defects, or is malfunctioning, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

WARRANTY
We stand behind our craft. Products are covered for one year from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects.

Not covered: chewing, excessive wear, accidents, improper care, or natural aging of fabric and color. Final Sale and Closeout items are not eligible for warranty coverage.
