Shipping costs: calculated at checkout and non-refundable
Address accuracy: customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
Delays, loss, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information are not our responsibility

Fit first: measure your dog’s back length and girth before ordering
The belly wrap adjusts, but back length and girth determine the best fit
Size exchanges: To request a different size, please email us first. Once the original item is returned, we will ship the replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us and for shipping the replacement to their address.
Defect exchanges: accepted within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing or material defects
Exchanges are free, but customers are responsible for both shipping the original item back to us and shipping the replacement item to their address.

Window: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Condition: items must be new, unused, and re-sellable
Items must be free of dirt, fur, odor, cuts, or signs of wear (including washing)
Items must have been purchased directly from our website
Original packaging should be included, even if opened
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and approved
Customers are responsible for return shipping
A flat $10 return processing fee applies to approved returns

Customers cover return shipping unless the item has a manufacturing or material defect, in which case we cover return shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Products are covered for one year from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects
Not covered: chewing, excessive wear, accidents, improper care, or natural aging of fabric or color
Final Sale and Closeout items are not eligible for warranty coverage
